RETURN POLICY
Our return policy covers 30 days for a product you have purchased from us and are not satisfied with for reasons other than warranty. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted such as any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error does not qualify for a return.
We are not responsible for any costs incurring in sending a return to us.

WARRANTY
Lynn Valley Mfg. guarantees the material and labour for all other products, for a period of one year, commencing on the date of purchase, and will replace, or repair defective parts, at our discretion, at no charge. This warranty does not cover faults occurring due to misuse, abuse, and/or neglect and is void should the product be altered or serviced by an unauthorized service agent.

Shipping
Lynn Valley Mfg. shipping timeline is 0-2 business days for handling and 1-7 days for shipping within Canada for a total of 1-9 business days to addresses in Canada. We are not liable if the shipping company is late but these are a generous guideline based on our experience with our shipping provider. Our cut off time is 4pm EST to be considered a business day.
